Fourteen teams from six academies put their problem-solving skills to the test at Union College, with teams from College View Academy, Mile High Academy and Sunnydale Adventist Academy taking the top spots.
College View Academy team 3 won first place in the Leadership Experience competition and won $1,000 scholarship each to Union College. Congratulations Savannah Fortney, Jada Brewer, Emma Trumble, Daniel Klein, Diego Perez, Matthan Sigowa, Garrett Fortney!
Nineteen students at CVA took part in a Leadership Experience where students competed in a disaster simulation, participated in project impact, met with a Nebraska Supreme Court Justice, heard from Senator Kate Bolz and enjoyed a few days on Union College's campus. We are so proud of our students!
All three of our groups did an awesome job and we couldn't be prouder of the awesome leaders they are at CVA!
